1. How do I know what size of hairbow to order?

Most of our pages have size charts to show you the product size on a child and with a measure tape. You will find on the product page under the item - click on the square photo and it will change the photo out to make it larger for you to view.

 

2. What type of hardware do you offer?

 We offer Alligator Slide and Barrettes. 90% of customers choose Alligator Slide. Barrettes are great for girls who wear a lot of ponytails or loose bows easily. The Alligator Slides are easy to put in hair and also compatible with our headbands while giving you the capablitly to stack bows together to get a custom look!

3. How long will the order take to process?

Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business days of ordering. My staff works super fast to get all orders out as quickly as possible. At checkout look to see the different processing/shipping times we have to offer. There is something to accommodate everyone! We offer Priority and Rush Shipping (these include faster processing time and faster shipping method).

 

4. How much is shipping and how fast will it get to me?

Free Shipping on orders over $50 Order will be processed within 3-7 business days to get to you after we process your order. If you want your order faster I recommend upgrading to “Rush My Order 1/3 days processing” or "Priority 2/4 days processing" Both these options have Priority Shipping which takes 1/3 to get to you when we ship.

14. How do I clean my hairbows?

Most of our Hairbows are Machine Washable! You can spray and wash them,

throw them in a mesh washable bag or just throw them in the washer with clothes or by itself.

Let your hairbows air dry. You can throw them in the dryer if you would like,

 we don't suggest that, however if you do take them out from the dryer right when it stops so it

does not crease your hairbow. The only styles I would not throw in the washer are:

metallics & sheers due to they are very delicate.
